I would like to book on a BESC Persons Course can you help?

What happens once I book my course?
Upon payment for your course you will receive a confirmation email along with specific joining instructions for your course booked.


How will I know what equipment I will need to bring for the training course?
A list of all equipment you will be required to bring for your course will be detailed on the joining instructions.

Will anything be supplied for me?
As standard we don’t supply any personal equipment such as PPE, we do however supply all course materials.

I can no longer make the course I have booked, what will happen?

What happens if UCT cancel my course?
We have details regarding the unlikely situation of us canceling your course; this can be found on our Terms and Conditions. Link to T&Cs

How long after the course will I receive my awarded card/certificate?
All awarding bodies turnaround time differs but please allow a minimum of 6 weeks. Please note should the course have been booked through your employer your certificate/card will be sent to the contact address from the point of booking.
